爸爸小便出血
病患者男 - 93歲

前日早上爸爸小便出血，入政府醫院，已經二天，仍然小便出血，並且尿頻每半小時要尿，有X光照，沒有石。現在仍然不知道可以如何幫助爸爸？醫院說他並不嚴重，所以照ultra sound 要排隊幾個月。想問醫生可以如何幫助爸爸？

解脲脲原體尿道炎
病患者男 - 32歲

早前尿道灼痛，小便刺痛
驗尿看到解脲脲原體陽性
吃了14天Doxycycline
但尿道依然有點不舒服
請問是什麼原因，需要怎樣解決？

Consider (1) repeating urinary PCR or culture and (2)partner notification and treatment to prevent reinfection.

排尿問題
病患者男 - 65歲

在膀胱炎治療期間，每日飲三千至4000ml 嘅水，但係日間嘅排尿只有兩三次，而每次嘅尿量大約都係100ml 至 200ml，顏色深黃及有味。
相反傍晚之後排尿嘅次數同尿量都畀日間多兩三倍，平均每次都有400至500ml，什至試過有一兩次600ml 至700ml，顏色反而淡而無味。
請問咁樣會唔會有問題？

血尿問題
病患者男 - 39歲

本人約7-8年前試過腎炎！抽組織後發現係微小病變！一直都有到共立覆診！亦緩和左！近這1年都沒現蛋白尿超標，腎功能指數都正常！本年初發現有血尿，有血絲，到共立訓左2晚血尿亦停了！之後再做泌尿內窺鏡檢查亦沒發現，2月亦到共立覆診抽血，亦算正常，無蛋白，但早2天血尿再次到訪，亦沒有任何痛楚，請問各醫生如何是好？

Repeated attacks of the said condition require a complete work-up including urinalysis with particular attention to the red blood cells, imaging of the upper tract and endoscopic examination of the lower tract. The rationale for the above would be elaborated by the appropriate specialist.
