My mum got a sore foot. She said she got a 筋膜炎 and she suffered from great pain from the lower, back part of her foot. She even got some difficulty in walking. I am asking whether there can be any mean in relieving her pain or even solving her problem. If yes, what would be the possible means and the corresponding price of treatment? This is most probably due to over use & over stress of the plantar fascia,there might also be some misalignment of the foot bone or bone spur of the calcaneus exist, which need further diagnostic imaging to be confirmed. meanwhile, can use cold pack or ultrasound therapy to control the pain, enough rest of the foot, don't walk that much is a must of the recovery process.
