醫生你好 在今個月子宮頸檢查中發現子宮內膜有多粒息肉，當中醫生已幫我切除當中四粒 並且切片化驗 並沒有任何病變發炎或增生情況。 請問我這樣的情況同埋其他剩餘既息肉是不是觀察追蹤便可，同埋幾耐需要檢查一次，因為當時醫生建議我經期有異常才有需要再檢查。報告如下Clinical Summary: Menorrhagta Multiple polyps H&C - polypectomy Gross Descript ion Multiple pieces, about 20 x 20 x 1 m in aggregate, all embedded. Block (A). (WSW) Microscopic Description Sect ion shows fragments of proliferative endometrium. Some of the tissue pieces are polypoid in configuration. These polypoid pieces show slightly branched and mildly dilated benign endometrial glands. Features are consistent with endometrial polyps. There is no endometritis. hyperplasia or malignancy. Diagnosis : Uterine curettings + polyps Proliferative endometrium with features consistent with endometrial polyps. No endometritis, hyperplasta or malignancy. 另外醫生都有幫我做子宮頸抹片加HPV病毒檢查 ，全部報告顯示正常沒有感染,請問可以打疫苗嗎?
