Macrolide group of antibiotics can cause nausea and vomiting in susceptible patients You could choose other groups of antibiotics If macrolide is the only choose you can try injectable form Also rule out possibility of other digestive orders causing vomiting
If the watery stool is due to food allergy it will occur soon than due to infection Breast milk may be better than other mix feed But if the loose stool persist baby is less active with fever or signs of dehydration ( lack of water) Should see a Dr as soon as possible
