本人6年前, 中指中間的關節位無故腫脹, 當時有看骨科，驗過血，不是類風濕, 卻找不出其他原因, 因為當時沒有痛, 所以沒有再跟進, 但近來關節位開始痛, 所以再看骨科, 照了MRI, 骨科醫生沒有講解報告內容, 所以想查詢, 報告指出“ At proximal interphalangeal joint (PIP), there is disruption of the volar end plate at the base of middle phalanx. There is also a partial tear of the extensor central slip at its insertion on the base of the middle phalanx.” 請問這是甚麼? 有甚麼方法可以醫治? 是否需要做手術? 因為都6年時間了, 做手術能否完全醫好? 如果不做手術, 情況會否越來越嚴重?
