Recent body check at about Oct 7 found PSA at 5.6. One week later PSA dropped to 4.1 and PHI 23.5, hybritech free PSA 0.69, percent of free PSA hybritech 16.8%. Subsequent PSA teat were in range of 4.39 to 4.6. Ultra sonic prostate at volume about 45 Cc. Other than Urines at night time (sometime 3 to 4 times) , there is no symptoms. Doctor, what should I do about it?

Your PSA is high despite some variation with time. Provided that you have a normal digital rectal examination, the chance of prostate malignancy is around 25%. Multi-parametric MRI will help to diagnose and prostate biopsy may be required.
