Pre-eclampsia 妊娠毒血症 can occur before, during or after delivery. If diagnosed with this condition antenatally, the mode and timing of delivery has to be arranged base on condition of mother and baby. Your obstetrician’s advice is needed. Management with medications would be required at times if the benefits outweigh the risks and again, please seek advice of obstetric specialist.
Your wife needs antibiotics during labour to prevent early GBS infection in the newborn and there is nothing to be done before that. There is no evidence for antibioitcs treatment during antenatal period.
Please do consult a specialist gynaecologist for better assessment and management.

You will need to be assessed by orthopedic surgeon with regard to the actual injury site, severity and possible sequelae. Fertility should not be an issue; but, mode of delivery and anaesthesia may be directly or indirectly affected.
