I have been having random limb pain in the past years, usually bilateral lower limb radiating pain and soreness especially during menses and rainy/windy weather, sometimes joints hurts as well, and sometimes with headache. It is also mostly nocturnal which usually happens before sleep or midnight, waked me up a lot. Had blood tested and x-Ray in the hospital, clinically no structural deformity. Seen by paediatric previously but was not able to diagnose with anything.
I was a amateur hockey player for few years(regularly exercise 4 hours a week) and stopped for two years, the pain exists with or without regular exercises
Ibuprofen or paracetamol or any muscle relaxing cream doesn’t help.
Please help🙏

I would suggest you to consult a Rheumatologist to exclude any autoimmune disease or systemic polyarthropathy.
Also MRI lumbar spine might also indicated to look for any spinal problems
