關於刺穿眼球的疑慮

前幾天，我在工作時失誤，不知道有沒有被油漆鏟刺穿眼睛。如果有的話，我想請問，會不會我什麼明顯的癥狀？從外表上是否能看出明顯的傷痕？我有點擔心會不會增加患白內障或青光眼的機會。這幾天來，因為沒有什麼不適，感覺視力未受影響，而未有求醫。是否需要就醫檢查？謝謝。
