半夜胃痛

病患者男 - 18歲

之前試過空肚吃香蕉後吐了三至四次，第四次嘔吐物帶血，但不是血絲，一個星期之後，我睡覺的時後，半夜三至六點肚會突然好痛，痛醒，感覺辣著辣著，需要吃點東西和中和胃酸，胃藥，情況好一點，都有痛楚，今天吃東西的時後吞落到胃感覺胃好像被吉一樣有幾下之後就無了，吃了中和胃酸和胃藥都沒用途，請問什麼問題呢？謝謝醫生
