有痰吐不出

陳醫生你好,
我喉嚨有痰卡住, 很難吐出來. 間中可吐出來, 發現痰為黃綠色, 但大部分時間吐不出, 亦有咳嗽, 是乾咳, 咳時不能把痰吐出. 夜晚最為困擾, 不能入睡. 喉嚨痕, 乾咳, 卻不能把痰吐出
想知會是上呼吸道疾病, 或會是肺部受感染?
