右手手腕

你好，尹醫生

本人3個月前搭巴士差d跌親，及時用右手捉實扶手企穩，但當時右手手腕明顯感覺到有"啪"一聲，直到當日在家發現手背向天，平放右手在枱用電腦滑鼠時手腕會感到痛楚及郁動向內時有"啪"的一聲，有使用過藥膏按摩，至今冇痛但仍然有"啪"一聲及少量扯住既感覺，想問應該點治療好？感謝
