早上雙手麻痹

病患者女 - 37歲

這半年前發現臨天光時，雙手會麻痹，最初是1個月幾次，最近發現隔日就麻了，現在右手大姆拉觸手機有少少麻，今日左手麻，是由尾指到手，刀峰位咁麻，大約麻1分鐘左右，最近腰背都痛，唔知有冇影響？請問我應該去睇什麼科？用邊款檢查？
