反壓是如何做的？
此外，我已經常按住鼻再好似用鼻吹氣，基本上全日都要做依個動作，會好左一陣，但轉頭又覺得小小脹，有時又覺得有啲罩住既感覺，但聽野好清楚，由其搭升降機會比較明顯。
做左聽力測試亦屬於正常
