關於梅毒測試

病患者男 - 28歲

你好！我在性行為後28日進行過梅毒螺旋抗體測試，結果顯示為negative, 而指數為8.1RU/mL,而報告內指<16RU/mL為negative,請問醫生8.1算高嗎？（至今100日亦無任何梅毒病徵）
另外我10日前完成抗生素療程，如果14日再去進行梅毒測試會有影響嗎？
亦想問問90日後用梅毒血清測試準確嗎？
