喉嚨痛

病患者男 - 24歲

1星期前突然喉嚨痛 進食吞口水都會痛，之後食了消炎藥 進食唔痛，過幾日又痛 用鏡照睇到吊鐘後有四粒唔知咩，有少少帶黃 好似有膿咁，知唔知呢啲係咩？好擔心
