頭髮不斷甩，但不會生長

醫生，你好啊
我一直頭髮都好少，好幼細。我以為係遺傳所以無理到。但呢排讀書壓力大，又多野做又夜瞓，頭髮不斷甩，但不會生長。頭頂已經禿。有時洗完頭，頭皮好刺痛。我想問會不會是毛囊問題，還是有其他疾病。
