胸口肉粒

病患者男 - 40+ 歲

你好，
本人早年胸口出現類似暗瘡，有些擠出膿後退去，有些擠不出膿但又一直不退，現胸口多粒硬硬哋嘅肉粒，粉紅色，不痛，有時發癢，請問是何物？
能否去除？是否很需時？
