耳仔聽到風聲

Dear Doctor Chow,

我前排有咳嗽咗個半月現在有好轉，上星期日游水時耳仔有入水。呢過星期以來，就感覺到只要旁人靠近我講野或者講野大聲D，或者我自己講野，都會聽到左耳有陣陣風聲。或者手指入左耳再出來時，都會跟住有陣風聲。或者食飯嚼野果陣亦會聽到陣陣風聲。想請教原因以及我應該點做。
