纖維肺是不是等於矽肺病?患有類風濕性關節炎，會對他的肺有影響嗎?

本人外公因判斷為纖維肺而逝世，但他生前是在船廠做鏟漆工作達三十年之久，所以經常吸入天拿水，所以我想問這類纖維肺是不是等於矽肺病？另外，他亦患有類風濕性關節炎，這是不是對他的肺有影響？會不會成為矽肺病？謝謝。
