失眠

病患者男 - 37歲

過去一年成日失眠並且依賴安眠藥入睡，使用後成日好攰同埋精神不集中。有時唔知點解發脾氣，好似為咗好小事就發好大脾氣，同埋成日覺得自己身體唔舒服去睇醫生，成個人好失落。唔知道係咪焦慮症，有時要抖大氣，好辛苦。
