小童濕疹

醫生你好, 我女兒濕疹,皮膚經常潰爛有傷口, 看醫生後給了Potassium Permanganate(KMnO4)4%,五毫升加八碗溫水,用綿花濕敷在傷口上,連續使用了兩星期. 如經常長期使用對小童有沒有不良影響? 小童濕疹傷口應如何處理?有沒有其他意見?
