眼睛玻璃體後脱落

眼睛左右眼發現時常被簿沙蓋著一半視線，網上搜尋後與眼睛玻璃體後脱落相似，請問有沒有醫治方法？本人有深近視及散光，合共超過1千度，是否主要成因？
