體力勞動之後 眼累 怕冷氣 易睏易 打哈欠 眼臉無力 下眼瞼出現短期黑眼圈(本人眼皮少脂肪) 心跳急促， 工作/長期站立時易緊張，變得不願講話 一夜不晚會面無血色 而且咀巴十分乾燥 ， 症狀大約20歲時開始，本人現25歲
