非典型腺細胞

醫生你好！我最近的柏氏抹片驗出有非典型腺細胞(AGC-NOS)，但沒有HPV或滴蟲等其他問題。家庭醫生說可能因發炎引起，只需6個月後覆檢，但婦科醫生則說要入院麻醉，同時做陰道鏡和宮腔鏡檢查，令我不知如何是好。請問我的AGC-NOS問題應如何跟進？
