"生蛇"是甚麼病

你好，我有個朋友得了一種病，一片片紅色圍著她的腹部和背部生了漸近一個圈，她說很痛，由骨裏痛出來。後來她看了醫生, 說是甚麼"生蛇" -- 神經線入了細菌。我想問一問這是一個甚麼樣的病？嚴重嗎？要醫治多久？我實在很擔心，請儘快回覆，謝謝！
