子宮肌瘤

上年發現有7cm 肌瘤,食了止血藥,經痛亦有改善。
但最近隔月經期日數距離近了,及有血絲及有類似經血流,量不多,亦有淡黃色的液體及血流出,請問我是否子宮有惡化？？
