頭暈

本人已頭暈了三天，身體覺得疲倦，集中唔到精神，個人有d呆，常常要睡覺，睡醒就精神，但不到十分鐘左右，又開始頭暈，之前都有兩次頭暈記錄，大約一個星期左右，就會無事，第一次頭暈，是兩年前，是最嚴重，每日睡足20小時，精神完全呆滯，嗰次入左政府醫院驗血及身體檢查，但冇問題。我有鼻敏感，每天都有好多鼻水，會唔會有關連，到底身體出現了什麼?如睇專科，是那一科?謝謝。
