扁頭線

江醫生，最近一星期發現扁頭線左邊腫大，且有很多粒粒，右邊無事。但又無影響到飲食，只是感覺有時不夠氣（對比以前）。
本人需長期服食羊簡症藥，甲狀腺素及胃藥多年，請問會否有影響？本人是浚吸煙習慣。謝謝！
