咳!!

請問我自己咳左成個星期，起初一/二日喉嚨非常痛，第三/四日發燒,全身冇力...有傷風+咳(每次咳到好似想嘔一樣)。因為發燒,我已經睇左西醫。醫生開左咳藥水+消炎+退燒+傷風藥。食左3日後，還有傷風及咳(咳到想嘔及每次咳都有痰!)。會否有機會患急性氣管炎/肺炎??謝謝
