如何醫治病毒性結膜炎所引致的角膜刮損及眼皮下的死皮，請早日回覆

我患上病毒性結膜炎，看過公立眼科，病程嚴重，兩星期後眼皮內有尖硬物刮眼球表面，極之辛苦，醫生說結膜擦去表皮及角膜刮損，也幫我做了數次清除死皮，也未有好轉。
角膜損了，除了genteal gel外，有沒有其它辦法快些康服？
