超聲波儉查

請問肝照超聲波後,報告話肝轉移性肝癌,後再照PET SCAN後報告話是脂肪肝.現在一年半後再做肝超声波後, 又是話擴散性肝癌.請問PET SCAN 是最準嗎?信哪個報告?可再做什麼測試去証實肝有乜病
