纖維肌痛症

醫生你好，

我的媽媽她今年約50歲，一向有風濕肌肉痛的問題，過往一般都會數日至一星期內好，但最近她再出現肌肉痛已持續一個月，已去抽血做了關節炎、鏈球困等測試均顯示沒有問題，我於網上發現她的情況與纖維肌痛症很相似
如睡眠障礙、全日都有疲累感、憂鬱、大腸激躁症、焦慮、膀胱激躁症肢體末端麻木刺痛、記憶力或專注力減低、她都有以上情況，痛點測試好都已經有約9點以上，想請教醫生現在應如何做
