(2) 本人最近驗血, 得出空腹血糖值為5.4, 是否偏高? (因為看醫生時, 醫生告訴我正常空腹血糖值是3.9 至 5.8)
(3) 我是否為高危人仕? 如何可降低血糖值? 做運動可改善血糖嗎? 如何飲食?
(4) 糖尿病的成因和預防?
