後膝痛應如何處理?

本人爸爸有血壓高及最近入院發現有心臟病.

由幾月前最初的腰痛引申至腳痛,最怪是在住院時雙腳無事, 在出院後一星期開始又痛.現在後膝有腫起一舊野,林林地按下會痛,雙腳又腫.

現在行路及一起身一坐下雙膝都痛同扯住,緊繃繃.

睇過骨科醫生照x-ray, 骨無事, 只是有少少退化.但不可能雙腳又腫又痛又後膝有舊野.

不知是什麼原因引起.

應如何處理?
