肌肉跳動

病患者女 - 54歲

本人曾經兩次確診焦慮症。九月中開始因工作壓力大，晚上睡覺時感覺小腿肌肉開始跳動，之後上網搜到漸凍人，開始非常恐懼。恐懼下發展至全身肌肉跳動，通常晚上躺下或壓力大時跳動比較嚴重，工作發運動時完全感受不到。但慶幸沒有手腳無力。請問我是否焦慮症引起的肌肉跳動。
