腰痛問題

病患者男 - 26歲

工作長期坐近排出現腰痛問題、平時活動沒什麼特別感覺。但一坐底/訓低就開始慢慢有酸痛感覺 想問問係肌肉勞損定內臟之類問題出事，同埋要點解決？ 好難訓到教好困擾🙏🏽🙏🏽
