我最近睡不好，鼻子像被壓著，上排牙齒疼痛

鼻子總覺得有東西壓著，上排牙齒沒有吃東西的情況也會非常痛，還有喉嚨也像是有很多痰，不太能吐出痰。
我有看過牙醫，也有照過x光，他說我的牙齒沒有問題。
鼻子被壓的問題也有看過耳鼻喉科，吃過藥也沒什麼效果。
牙齒目前是吃止痛藥，除此以外我還有吃安眠藥，不吃晚上完全睡不了。
我是夜更保安，體重114kg,身高1.8米
