需唔需要做ct scan

醫生你好 , 我間唔中會胸悶, 間中呼吸要用少少力, 睇醫生做咗運動心電圖， 說一切正常，所以沒有做ct scan, 請問如果做咗運動心電圖正常的話就是否不需要做ct scan?
