臉上暗紅色突出囊腫

本人一直都是暗瘡肌，多年來吃用抗生素A酸無數。已停用A酸一年。上個月臉上有微紅突出的腫塊，以為是暗瘡，便搽A酸藥膏約兩星期，見沒有改善，便轉用外用抗生素凝膠。再兩星期後，變成暗紅隆起的瘀血色腫塊。家庭醫生建議什麼藥都不要用，但腫塊附近又長了一圈粉刺。請問是什麼東西? 應如何處理?
