椎間盤突出

本人5月突然腰痛，去睇醫生照左磁力共振，係椎間盤突出，係右邊，醫生話係中度不需要做手術，如痛可以做物理治療，想請問，做物理治療可以令突出的物體入反去，恢復正常嗎？因係YouTube 睇到有個物理治療師話做腰椎牽引和做運動可以令突出物體走反入去，但我現在個治療師話只可以幫我止痛，恢復唔到原本咁，現在我都有些迷惘
