陰莖疼痛

醫生你好，本人一年前外出尋歡，其間有使用安全套，兩星期後下體刺痛發炎但外觀正常，門診醫生診斷為尿道炎，開服抗生素，其後進行尿液血液檢測均正常，惟癢痛持續至上年年尾，已無症狀，但又在今年年頭陰莖又感疼痛，其間尋找專科醫生開服抗生素並無改善，現在應進行哪方面檢查?
