腰骨疼痛，腳麻痺

病患者男 - 68歲

你好，醫生，爸爸今年68歲，三年前曾經試過腰骨扭傷，不過政府醫生睇完後，做完一輪物理治療情況好轉，不過最近突然之間腰骨又痛返，而且行一段時間隻腳開始會麻痺，請問是否椎間盤突出？應該點樣醫？？謝謝你！
