額頭拉皮

請問醫生傳統法額頭拉皮一定要整條髮際線切開嗎 如果只想拉提一部分的位置能不能局部切一部分？是否一定要透過剝離把組織重新固定或是必須要採用五爪釘這些材料？能不能只把局部多餘的皮去掉然後縫合上做到拉提的效果？感謝
