胃鏡

病患者女 - 58歲

本人在威院在2021年6月做例行胃鏡，發現有precancerous cells,同年9月安排做Hybrid APC 去治療LGIN, 同年
12月再安排胃鏡是否成功移除癌前細胞，結果理想。即半年內做咗3次胃鏡。
請問醫生下一次應該何時再做去做胃鏡，monitor住有冇precancerous cell出現？
我有胃酸倒流十多年，食咗十幾年PPI 藥，會否增加患癌風險？有沒有其他選擇？
