牙科護理問題

病患者男 - 34歲

用牙縫刷前後刷最尾大牙牙齦，
那個縫裡位置 出現刺痛 腫痛 有血
而不是損痛的感覺，
請問我是否刷損了牙肉
還是正常護理的疼痛？？
