椎間盤突出手術後

2個多月之前由霍醫生同謝醫生協助下做了椎間盤突出手術，手術後痛楚大減，第二日已可以落床。但左邊腳的麻痺一直持續，有做物理治療仍時好時壞，如何識別是神經系統被壓的後遺症還是椎間盤其他節數仍有突出影響？
此外，由11月初開始更出現了左邊寬關節坐低起身時好似拗柴咁既感覺，會唔會係有其他問題？謝謝🙏
