有關流鼻血一問

本人今年20歲 12月初曾在早上睡醒時流鼻血，連續2日，血量很少(大約用紙巾抹幾下就無再流血) 一個禮拜後，在上學中，再次流鼻血，鼻血也十分少幾次流鼻血都在同一邊鼻孔除流鼻血外，身體並沒有其他不適，請問會是甚麼問題呢? P.S. 本人自從小學畢業後便一直沒有流過鼻血
