手淫後發現包皮上有傷口

你好，我手淫後發覺包皮上有類似擦損嘅傷口，之後在清洗下體時，感覺那處有少許擦損傷口嘅痛楚。我好驚我會染上性病或愛滋病＞＜。所以我看普通科醫生話我似有疱疹，病情好輕微，我好驚，因為至今我沒有與任何人發生過性行為，想搵專科醫生幫我解答
