腎石衝擊波手術痛唔痛

我有腎石幾年，唔痛係腎中間位置約6mm左右，係唔係一定要做 碎石 ，政府排十月做，請問會唔會好痛，因為無 麻醉 ，私家做會唔會唔一樣冇咁痛？費用約幾多
